Gently down the stream

Cold iron

On the whole I wasn't too happy with what I got on the camera today. I went out at lunchtime without my thick coat. Stupid :-(( It was so arctic and so bright I felt paralysed, like a blind bunny!
But after some naff snaps I tackled the rather lovely railings around the entrance to the cathedral and came up with this. I quite like it in the end, the tension between the crisp solid ironwork and the way the camera and the sun combine to start wearing its edges. And the range of greys.
So that's me till tomorrow!
