Not safe to cross

Gorgeous, clear, cool morning.

Riding a big wave of optimism into work but then crashed into the reef of reality when hearing about the plight of some of my colleagues.

Not much I can say to someone who has the prospect of their job disappearing, only that it has happened to me in the past and it's not very pleasant.

Have crossed the Rubicon with regards to cameras as mine is promised to a fellow blipper. I realised that, despite my emotional response, that it is just a camera and it's what you do with it that counts.

Mind you, I've created a problem for myself. Promised existing camera elsewhere and not enough funds to secure the new one. Silly boy!
