Orange + Lemon = Mixed fruits

We finally harvested our crop of onem one lemon shaped yellow citrus fruit to be precise. Last year, the plant which bore this fruit delivered us our first fruit, in fact 10 of them, small oranges.

Tonight we wanted a drink and we needed some citrus fruit therefore we had a reason to tes the fruit.

The inside had a bit of an orangey colour to it. The taste, coming from a grafted with lemon, orange tree, was unsurpisingly not simply lemony. This might explina the extra tangy taste of the oranges last year.
