Chilli

It was such a cold day today. I thought about all the things on the "to do list" for a nanosecond good time and decided that the only urgent jobs were the ones to be done in a warm kitchen.

So today was comfort grub day. A huge beef & Beer stew, a huge chicken & white wine casserole and tomorrow a monster chilli with cinnamon and cloves and all the bits and pieces.

This all gets portioned up and loaded into the freezer.

All this activity didn't leave much time for blipping, so I blipped my chilli ingredients (most of them). I was going to make one of those fantasy world images but it didn't work. So here is my "special sauce" processing instead.
