Norwich Cathedral

This is a snowy view from an unusual angle of the originally Norman Norwich Cathedral; taken through the gates of the Bishop's Palace.

The cathedral was erected on what is believed to have been a part of the Anglo-Danish town of Norwic, which was demolished to make way. The same happened for the Norman Castle - see earlier blip.
