Blue house

Arrived in my new (temporary) home - no, not this blue house, mercifully! - around mid-day to find it was raining and about 8 degrees C. Only marginally warmer than where I've come from. Due to be zero degrees tonight. But there are lots of new things to blip - it was hard to choose from my brief wander around this afternoon.

I can't find any cropping facilities on the borrowed laptop I have with me so will have to be a bit cleverer with my framing over the next few days.

So where do you think I am? (Bundle, hush!)

Clue: a place known for unfinished new buildings as well as very old ones that look as if they aren't finished.
