first snow

We must be almost the last place in Europe to have snow this winter. But it arrived last night. Not enough to be impressive but enough to look magical first thing this morning and enough to be really exciting in the playground at school.

Otherwise Nell has grown 3 new teeth overnight yesterday (her auspicious third lot of 3) and Mattie and I are off for an evening out together at a story telling at the local mediateque.
