First Day in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

I must say, Jessica and I were quite intimidated today. Biggest problem=language barrier. So far, not much English spoken. As the days went on though, our Spanish improved a bit. We got settled into our hostel and then went down to the beach with two Canadian girls we met. Jessica and I were going to walk but the only way we could see to go was along a busy street and through a long tunnel, so we all took a bus. We ate fish tostadas at the beach and played in the water a bit. I wasn't as clear as we thought it would be, but the town in beautiful, as it is surrounded be the Pacific blue waters and the lush Sierra Madre. We met a girl named Michelle from L.A. and hung out with her and some others at the hostel; this hostel is amazing.
