3 Peaks Cycle Challenge

Power food...

As part of our training we have stuck to a regimented, strict diet of berries, energy bars and porridge.

I am of course lying.

But we do eat porridge and if you're going to eat porridge it might as well be happy porridge.

A 50 mile bike ride yesterday as left no significant aches or pains to deal with but the legs are a little heavy today. Still all for a good cause!
