Turbulent Tyne

On the second day of our Stenton weekend, we head down to East Linton for lunch and a wander about.

All the recent rain means the Tyne is swollen and fast-flowing: spectacular, but dangerous-looking. Especially when two lads are trying to decide whether to go in the river with their inflatable dinghy (they don't. Phew).

Had a couple of little chores to do back in Stenton, and then headed home. It's good to hear that the boys are having a great time in Hartlepool!
