Drive By, Big Sky

Snapped this on the way into work this morning. Seeing Arthur's Seat from this angle always reminds me of the view of Mt Vesuvius from across the bay of Naples.

This is, at one and the same time, both ridiculous and true.

Ridiculous because it really doesn't look very much like it, and true because (even though I know it's ridiculous) that's still how it looks to me. This probably means that, if you're on trial for something serious, you'd better hope I'm not a witness.

The boys are still away, so Mo and I are off to see the Batman film tonight. Hooray!
