Pink Pig at Bushfield

Wasn't it gloomy today? Not much light for exciting pics. But I've always promised myself I'd stop the car and snap up this piggy. He lives by the entrance to Bushfield Farm and he sort of makes me laugh, while at the same time I always find it really weird when animals are portrayed as happy to be eaten. Look at his poppy little eye and his Mona Lisa smile. And his little back trotters dangling above the post. I seem to remember an ad where Bernard Matthews did the same happy-to-be-eaten thing with his turkeys.
