Glasgow sunset

I took the afternoon off work and F and I caught the 3pm train from King's Cross to Glasgow (via Edinburgh). I love the journey up the east coast - the sea suddenly coming into view around Berwick and teasing views of lighthouses and Bass Rock.

We arrived in Glasgow just after 9pm, meeting our friends at the station. They've moved into a lovely flat quite near the centre by the canal, and have views over the university. This is the view from the flat as the sun was going down.

We played Jenga, ate a lot of cheese and generally caught up with much chat.
