Levelling my Spirit...

Are my spirits level or am I levelling my spirit?

Apparently the 'spirit' in a spirit level is ethanol, used because of it's low freezing point at 114°C.

This levelling represents the current state of the barbeque project which has been resumed since the breaking in the bad weather. I should hopefully be able to get it exact on the next row.
