One a penny, two a penny, hot cross buns...

My first attempt at hot cross buns today. Really pleased with how they turned out. Looked pretty good and tasted great.

Unfortunately though, Glen's dad had an accident today while working on the house. He fell 4 or 5 feet while on the scaffolding. Thankfully although he's in a lot of pain, he doesn't seem to have broken anything. It could have been so much worse. It's been a wake-up call though and has made us wonder if we should get people in to finish of the work. We're going to have to think about things...
