Wedding Photographer at Work

We were returning with our visitors from the Musée des Arts Decoratifs in Paris, in late afternoon, when I spotted this bride and groom near the Metro station Palais Royal/Louvre on Rue de Rivoli.

They stopped at the top of the Metro stairs (the greenish shapes are the railings, suggestive of Art Nouveau; the design is by Hector Guimard and replicated throughout Paris--here is a blip showing a full entrance). This is another shot of a Paris wedding photographer at work (in a much greener setting).

At the Art Decoratifs we mainly saw two exhibitions: one entitled Trompe l'Oeil--essentially on illusionistic pieces of art, and the other on the history of Babar, the elephant that inaugurated a whole series of children's books (it was utterly charming, oriented partly toward kids).
