Danglers

I've been taking in some R&R in Houston. The view is pretty good up here on the 14th floor. But I learned today that privacy is not a sure thing even way up here. Yes those are legs. Yes those legs are standing on scaffolding that is hanging from the rooftop. they are filling gaps in the hundred year old brick mortar. Tuck-pointing, I think it's called. I was relieved to see that they are wearing safety harnesses. Speaking of 'relieved' I wonder what they do when they have to go...
