Council inefficiency

Decided to get rid of our old wall, as we are investing in one of those retro Danish ones that seem to be all the rage at the moment. Wrapped this up in recycling bags and put it out for the waste collection this morning. Came home this evening, and really annoyed to find that the bin men had left it on the kerbside.
