California Ring God

I made this blip for Jkj10 whose work I adore. She was to travel to LA next week but her trip was cancelled. She mentioned that she appreciated the ring artists so I took a few hundred blips for her. No doubt, she would have captured much better images. Here is to you jkj10!

Meet Anthony Farano, a Lord of the Rings on Santa Monica Beach in California. Anthony has a vibrant personality which is as strong as his physique. What he does on the rings is beyond comprehension. His strength and will are stronger than the steel on which he swings.

Anthony is one of up to a dozen athletes and performance artists that show up at the rings each afternoon just prior to sunset. In the golden sunlight of the day, these men and women perform physical acts which defy human physics and make fun of the laws of gravity, timing and acceleration. Their coordination and technique will keep you in awe and their dedication to their craft is evident in every ripple of their bodies.

Anthony eats mostly raw proteins and raw vegetables. He has started a nutritional food business based on his personal experiences and his knowledge of the science of fueling the body is extremely impressive.
