Half Moon

Disappointed with yesterday's blip mostly because if I'd have just got the settings right I think it could have been quite nice (but I guess you could say that about most pics). I've noticed there's a lot of moon pics snobbery on blip but it really is a lovely thing to try and take a picture of and I want to use it as a measure of my improved (or not so improved) photgraphy skills. So I continued to play around with my camera tonight whilst I waited for my metro home and this is the final result. It's not great, but it's a start, and it's certainly an improvement on my last attempt (see untitled attempt dated 29.12.11!) I love my digital zoom. Now I just need a little tripod...
