Pie!

A few weeks ago, my badgery friend bought me a Proper Enamel Pie-Dish; you know, white with a blue rim :)
Tonight was the first use...chicken, mushroom and leek filling (with a little bit of fresh ginger, some tarragon, a pinch of paprika powder and a 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric...white wine for the liquid, obviously)

Not too untasty ;)
