The sky over Polmont...

...well just before Polmont actually...if we are going to be pedantic about it.

There is a rail junction just before Polmont and the trains on the Dunblane line are regularly held here to let the Glasgow-Edinburgh line trains whizz by.

I took my nose out of my magazine this morning to take a sip from my water bottle and this was my view...we had been sitting for a few minutes so I was expecting the train to start moving just as I got the camera ready but luck was on my side and I managed to get the blip in the bag before we moved off.
