Mixing things up...

...literally & figuratively. More baking - had another go at a chocolate Swiss roll which turned out well. I'm going to be making one & using it for the body of a dachshund dog birthday cake I've been asked to make at the end of the month & I wanted to be confident about being able to produce one.

Rather than taking another shot of another cake I thought I'd photograph my lovely food mixer.

Made it to the swimming pool this morning & we all had a great time. Kids practised what they've been doing in lessons & enjoyed the waves & slide too.
