Travel accessories

Whilst heading for the departure gate In Barcelona airport I came across this display case highlighting items which are not allowed to be exported or indeed imported, and are therefore prohibited in hand luggage. The case had among other items four crocodiles (stuffed), a leopard skin, two turtles, an African drum, a camel stool and some rather fetching slippers.
Knowing Mr O'Leary's propensity for exorbitant charges, I rather think most people would be dissuaded from carrying on any of the above items by dint of cost alone.
It did remind me of my friend Sara who worked on the check-in for Ryanair and one day was confronted by an Italian gentleman wearing a jacket that was wriggling in a rather alarming manner. Further investigation showed that he was attempting to check in without revealing that he was carrying a duck in his jacket. On being told he couldn't take it on board the plane he dumped it on the counter and said "well, you look after it then!"
Sara and her duck are still living happily together, as far as I know.
