The wind was howling, the rain lashing and I was getting some very odd looks from people as I took this shot during my lunchtime stroll.

A while ago I took a conscious decision that, come hell or high water, I would take a short break away from my desk in the middle of the day and that the break would be taken outside. It's now become a habit - one that I would definitely recommend.
