In Wait

My first Daffodil is waiting for its big day! Although it's not its showy-best just yet, I liked how the plumping bud looks against the shadow of the fence. It will be the first flower to officially open in my gardens. The mini Iris of a few days ago was not mine. Today was a prelude of spring, with temps around 60 & tomorrow should get near 70 F! Woo-hoo!!
