Posters Plus--Paris

This blip shows part of a building at a satellite center of the University Pantheon-Sorbonne. I took it from a bus along the Rue de Tolbiac (Paris 13e), on the way to an exquisite exhibition, "Flemish Miniatures: 1404-1484." The dates encompass the golden age of Flemish art; the focus was illuminated books and manuscripts, from the collection of the French and Belgian national libraries. The show was at the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand.

Viewing this large gives a better view of the posters. The capitals "FEMMES EN LUTTE" translate as "Women's Struggle" (I rather doubt if this was intended specifically to commemorate International Women's Day). The green plastic bag on the right is the universally used trash receptacle in Paris.
