Ammonites

What good fun we had today when we went in to town to buy some ink for my printer, a new mouse after 'somebody' managed to pull the wires out of mine (naming no names - but the initials are The Cygnet) and so that SWMBO could look into buying one of thos new fangled tablet thingies (but not an ipad).

The Cygnet didn't know where to look with all those dozens of TVs.
Trying to get him to look through the 3D glasses mounted on a pole with a bar to rest against instead of having legs to put on your ears was funny. I have no idea if he saw anything or not.

By the time we had done all the running about in the supermarket, the electrical shop and the Gyle SWMBO had to sit in the back seat with the Cygnet to make sure he didn't fall asleep on the way home before lunch.

In the afternoon while SWMBO nipped in to the bank and another couple of shops I took the opertunity to blip the ammonites and fossils that are in the outside wall of Debenhams.

The speaker at the camera club tonight was talking about picture taking using long exposures.
Oh boy is it hard work listening to him.................
He is quietly spoken, dry as dust, extremely technical, uses more slides with technical data, lists etc than photos to illustrate what he is talking about - and forgets what he wants to say and lapses into great long silences.
His pictures on the whole are very good - but his presentation skills do not match up.

The other day I asked you to guess what THIS was ................. well HERE is the other end.
It is the Cygnets rocking reindeer.
