Spamalot the Musical

Libby and I spent the evening at the theatre...how civilised. That's what people thought until we told them we were going to see the musical version of 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail'.

It was, as expected, completely bizarre and hilarious. I have performed a couple of the songs and I always like going to see them in the context of the whole show they're from when I get the chance to. 'The Song That Goes Like This' was definitely my favourite number. A few familiar faces in it too, like Bonnie Langford and I recognised a guy I've seen in the 'Les Miserable' and 'Chess' Concert DVDs. You can never watch too many musicals and now I can tick this one off my list too :)
