For real?

After tutorial this morning I went with some course mates to claim a free coffee at Starbucks, just by introducing ourselves to the staff. After the initial awkward "Hi, I'm Fiona...' I enjoyed my free latte before heading back to class.

That wasn't the only good news today. My home town, Perth, is going to be given back its city status by the Queen :) It used to be a city until in 1975 it was demoted to just a "royal borough" but they still kept titles like the city centre and the Fair City Singers, which will now make more sense again.
