Optimo

Another cracking night at Optimo tonight (as ever). There was a live set from Joakim who had been playing in the dance tent at connect the night before. It was excellent and I'll have to track down some more of his stuff.

We were feeling a bit hung over after last night, but we thought we were doing pretty well and would make it to the end of the night at 3am. Unfortunately at quarter to three our friend Rachael who manages Cabaret Voltaire told us that they still had a festival license and were on until five! That kind of broke our resolve so we headed for home. It was still a fantastic night all the same.
