Venison Strip-loin Steaks

Lazy day today, but I did cook myself a couple venison strip-loin steaks which were delicious, I didn't over cook them but I could have taken them off slightly sooner (they weren't really pink inside). No fancy sauces or seasoning, just fried in a pan with "butter" with a little rosemary and pepper and some boiled potatoes and mixed veg. on the side.

I picked them up at "Ridley's Fish & Game" stall at Stockbridge market which is on every Sunday, well worth a visit.
