Crispy garlic chips (A taste of home #2)

Not for the timid, these garlic chips from my hometown in the Philippines pack a wallop.

We crumble them over fried rice, congee, stir-fried noodles, vegetable dishes, grilled meats and fish, you name it.

Vampires know to leave us alone.
