Protecting our interests

I thought that Molly had gone to lie in this spot because of the strong sunlight. After all, it is one of her favourite places (right from the first day).

But Mrs jml is busy in the garden. She has the shears out and she is busy giving haircuts to various bushes around the place. Jess & Molly have, apparently, been taking turns to lie under the pampas grass. They seem to be putting up a united front in saying that this patch will not be cut back!
