Portrait of a Ranger

I thought I'd try an assignment photo today (Portrait of a Stranger), so I played it safe and approached someone who is accustomed to having her photo taken. This is Joan, and she's a park ranger for the NPS. She answers historical questions about colonial America, but we mostly chatted about how bad the local traffic is now that school is back in session. Hope your commute is better this evening, Joan!
