Cheese & Tomato Peppered Mushroom

I made this one up, had some random ingredients in the fridge, wasn't sure how to cook it so put it in the oven and then pan-fried it after just to make sure... it was yummy. :)

Haven't been on Blip much recently, so busy... have updated 2 photos from the last couple of days. I knew I could only keep up the daily thing for a certain amount of time...
