Heatwave

Apparently the sun is too much for some people, especially my cats! Both have been in hiding today in an attempt to get out of the sun. Tweed quite sensibly has retreated indoors onto a bed in the shade, Charlie however has decided to go to sleep in the greenhouse!! The warmest possible place when it's sunny! Daft cat! Must be the closest thing in Arncroach to a sun bed!!

Had a good run to make the most of the heat, so hot though! Longest I've run this year which is good, especially as my runs have been quite irregular. Hopefully once Uni is done next week I'll be able to get into more of a routine!
