The Sun has Stayed

Monday!

A coffee out with my boss this morning, she is being very supportive and wanting to help. I had the chance to chat about things. .
Did I? No! That is my problem, I don't say what I am feeling and regret it later.
I am so angry with myself.

My stomach is all over the place, feel like there are butterflies having a party in it! Need to eat but can't.

After work a dentist appointment, thankfully nothing wrong so back in 6 months. I normally dread the dentist and worry about it all day; today I nearly forgot.
