My lil chick-a-dea

Have taken a few photos this afternoon but none of them sum up my day like this cute yella fella!! The morning was taken up filling placcy eggs - as seen - with these little chicks, wheezing and sneezing whilst making feathery chick cards and lets not forget cutting out 120 bunny ears and 60 headbands! What an exciting life I lead.

We could smell smoke just before lunch, went out to see that there were huge plumes of smoke not far from the school - and far too near where we live! - so I jumped in the car at lunch to check the house was ok - luckily the smoke was much further away than it looked! Bring on the rain!!!!
