Giant Jenga

This giant Jenga is a stack of palettes in front of the new house round the corner. The new neighbours will not be too popular I fear after having being taken to court on several occasions re the fences they ripped down around their new property last August which have still not been replaced ..... not the best of ideas me thinks!
