An ordinary life....

Glendevon from the A9...

The Perthshire countryside is begging me to blip it but all I can manage at the moment is snapping it from the car as we trundle between houses so apologies for the fuzziness but difficult to get a clear shot from a car travelling at 70mph! Especially when you're driving! ***

Not going to write much today as I feel my blip write ups are turning into epistles and getting beyond boring!

Suffice to say we have had a lovely day. Up at the house with friends Scott and Angela and their son Ewan. We originally met them 8 years ago when they were introduced to us through Social Work's Shared Care Scheme and since then they have been taking Alan out and about one Saturday a month and in the process have become our good friends. Very special people indeed.

So, a sunny afternoon of tea, coffee, cakes, laughter and chat. The first memories from around our new kitchen table made! Perfect. :-))

Back at t'other house now. David's heading out shortly to see Hue & Cry at the ABC in Glasgow the venue of our first ever date in 1984 when it was a cinema but that's another story!! and once Alan's dinner is over with I plan an evening of nibbles, wine and Blip catch-up.

Hope everyone's having a great weekend xx

*** For the sake of clarification....I AM joking! D was driving! :-)
