Homeward Bound

So farewell to Lewis, and hello stressful drive home. The overheating issue on the car meaning we were getting dire warnings all the way back to stop. Practicalities meant that we opted for a hobbling 50mph and stopping every 20 miles to check strategy that got us home in one piece.

The sun came out to bid us on our way, driving past the shielings once more. Oh, and Calmac comes up with the goods again with a cracking fish and chips to see us on our way (okay, Mel opted for the healthier baked potato).
