A Little Rain

Apologies to those of you tuning in to see whether I'm still alive following my promise to spend a stormy day outside in shorts and sandals. That plan was somewhat scuppered by the sudden, belated realisation that I do not, in fact, own any shorts or sandals. (And as far as I'm concerned, that's a fashion statement to be proud of).

Nevertheless, even spending the day outside in sensible clothing has been unpleasant. Driest year on record, my arse.
