Colour colour

During a quick walk along the beach this morning, I was struck by the colours in this scene and the slight shadow the clouds cast over the sea.

There was barely a soul around but soon I expect that will change. There were many signs of the season starting up - shop fronts being painted, a kiddies' funfair being unloaded, beds all planted and parking charges being introduced along the front.

I would love to have one of these beach huts but oddly, trying to find out how much they sell for is extremely difficult. Someone told me it was around £100k but I don't believe it. This is only Herne Bay, after all.
