An apple a day...

...does not keep the doctor away.

I love apples. I have something about walking along biting into one that is deeply satisfying. Seeing someone out and about apple in hand always makes me smile. Eating an apple with mature cheddar makes me happier still.

Today however despite all the apples I eat, the dreaded lurgy seems to have caught up with me. Sam too. I should have an early night, except the third episode of Heroes is on on the sci fi channel.....
