Formosa Oolong

This one's dedicated to Cassandra, who is travelling rough around Australia with Mike's brother Dave, in preparation for their life of self sufficiency!

Inspired by ImageOrange, I opened the extra precious tea Cassandra had brought me back from Taiwan and conjured up my first brew.

Winter has arrived early here too, and the sniffles with it - this the perfect remedy!

As good as I remembered, and the children loved it too!

The crockery, more kind gifts from C&D, are from Japan and almost too beautiful to use.
