Loch Lomond.

A lovely day out to the Gareloch. Number I son needed a chauffeur so we set off at 9am via Drymen and Balloch then over the military road and round the lochside to Roseneath. We stopped on the way back at Loch Lomond for our lunch. Ben Lomond on the right ( Nat. Trust for Scotland) with its light covering of snow 974m
and Ben Lui 1130m at the top of the loch by Crianlarach. We were home again by 4pm. - 220 miles altogether. A day of sunshine and a few showers.
It was great to be with no.1 son for a day on our own.
