Back on the Ocean

It seems appropriate that after five days inland I would feature a nautical themed blip today. We arrived home late yesterday and today I took my kayak out on the bay. I have passed this boat many times in past paddles, but never with a full complement of birds on the rail. The sea was a little rough which made it harder to get a pleasing composition (especially with only a LCD display for framing in the bright sunshine), but I took enough photos so I could pick out one I liked once I returned to dry land.
