Beneath Biscay

South from Gijon

Well south east actually. Taken from Gijon's central headland, Santa Catalina, looking back over the top of the city to the south east.

Don't ask me what the mountains are. I don't think they're far enough away to be the well known Picos de Europa mountains, but they look a bit too snowy to be just run-of-the-mill Asturian mountains. Perhaps they are the Sueve range, home to the Asturcon ponies.

Probably just blown my chances of a commission as a mountain guide :)
