PRODUCE

I love that moment when you taste the first of the new season's produce. I thinned the Japanese spinach today, and enjoyed the thinnings in a ham sandwich. Yummy.

Been away for a week and coming back I realise once again how blessed I am, not only with our garden, but also with our wonderful friend who takes care of the house and waters the greenhouse while we're gone. Thanks, Ray!
